"I checked out of the Element Hotel in Dallas because it felt more like staying at a no-tell motel, and the service was disappointing. Thankfully, the Residence Inn Dallas was a much better experience. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, and having a full kitchen made the stay even more comfortable. Check-in was excellent, and the front desk staff member was kind enough to let me check in around 10 AM, which I really appreciated. My only suggestion..."
"I only stayed here for a night before I fly back to my home country. Upon arriving the lady at the reception, I think her name Constantine or something (pardon me if I got it wrong) was so nice and polite, she made me feel so welcomed. The general manager was kind enough to give me a late check out at 2pm looking at my flight was at 10pm at night. I definitely will come back here again for sure...."

"Was great as a place to stay. We got the studio room for 2 adults and was way spacious and nice. The room was clean. The only downside was that there are three different check in stations for the three different hotels and it's confusing. Valet parking is something you kind of need to opt for as parking is a full on stress. The valet parking is great but it just another cost to your travel.Rest it was a pleasant..."
"The location is great - we have kids and it was a 5 minute walk from an amazing park! Our room was great - having the bedroom have a door separate from the living suite was great for bedtime, we could hang out after the kids were in bed. The staff is amazing, breakfast has a wide variety of options, and it’s within walking distance of a number of amazing restaurants!"
